looks like normal skyrim to me. ENB greatly enhances shadows (smoothing and SSAO_SIL), try one of those (there's dozens). Also, you can try increasing shadow resolution to 4096, that helps too but doesn't reduce it entirely. 4096 plus an ENB makes them nearly perfect.
